Ooru Organics Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping & Returns Policy for the products purchased from our website or APP.

Shipping

  • We ship PAN India and Worldwide, except for a few locations (due to courier restrictions). You can check out the delivery details by entering your pin code or zip code at the Checkout Page while placing the order.
  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders worth Rs. 999 or above (value calculated after discounts), which is notified from time to time.
  • Rs. 100 for shipping is chargeable for all orders below Rs. 999.
  • We also offer Cash-On-Delivery to many locations across India at an additional charge of Rs. 100 for all orders. This is an additional charge on top of the shipping charges. We do not offer COD for International orders. You should consider the shipping & COD rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
  • We ship our products directly from the warehouse based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Orders placed are shipped within 24-48 hours. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay, we will keep you informed.
  • We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday & public holidays. We are associated with reputed logistic partners to help with safe & faster deliveries.
  • We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you aren't sure, we encourage you to WhatsApp or call us before placing your order.

Domestic Delivery

  • Generally, it takes 3 - 10 business days for the deliveries to happen across India, but in rare cases, transit time is longer due to courier loads, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, rain, and a variety of other factors.

International Delivery

  • Generally, it takes 10 - 21 business days for the deliveries to happen outside India, but in rare cases, transit time is longer due to courier loads, customs, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, rain, and a variety of other factors.
  • International Delivery charges are calculated depending on the products, weight of the complete order, location, and a few more factors. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

Customs and Import Duties

  • Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge/Import Duty/Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
  • Before placing the order, kindly check the cosmetic laws and regulations established by the local government in your country.
  • Ooru Organics will not be liable to pay any of the above duty charges under any circumstances. These have to be borne by the customer.
  • The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges.
  • If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country, the parcel will be held by the logistics partner or destroyed by them. Ooru Organics will not be responsible for the same.
  • If the parcel comes back to Ooru Organics, the brand will deduct complete shipping, return duty charges, and any other applicable charges from the customer order value while processing the refund*. *This is only valid in rare cases if the shipment is returned and received at our warehouse. If the shipment is not returned, Ooru Organics won't be able to process the refund.

Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at care@ooruorganics.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +919739843820 (Timings: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm).
  • Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled. If you don't wish to accept the parcel, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the parcel comes back to Ooru Organics, the brand will deduct shipping and return charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.
  • In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you, please reach out to us at care@ooruorganics.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +919739843820 (Timings: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm) within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer Care team will help with a solution at the earliest.

Returns & Refunds

  • At Ooru Organics, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
  • In case of damage or quality issues with the product, please reach out to us at care@ooruorganics.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +919739843820 (Timings: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm). We will try our best to provide a solution in the best possible way.
  • If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please reach out to us at care@ooruorganics.com or WhatsApp at our customer care number +919739843820 within 24 hours of delivery with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
  • For any product quality complaints, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at our customer care number +919739843820 within 7 days of your order delivery.
  • Ooru Organics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, wrong shades for makeup products, unpleasing fragrances, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging to our warehouse. Once receiving the parcel, our team will check it before proceeding with the replacement/refund in the form of a credit note only in rare cases.
  • Return pickup charges (Rs. 100) and replacement delivery charges (Rs. 100) will be applicable as per actuals (to be paid by the customer).
