Storage conditions
Essential oils are sensitive to UV radiation as well as to the progressive evaporation of their constituents. It is therefore imperative to store your essential oils in colored glass or aluminum bottle with a tight seal at a temperature between 5 ° C and 40 ° C.

- Prohibited in pregnant and lactating women, subjects with epilepsy, children under 6, and the elderly. Spearmint essential oil contains carvone (ketone) in significant amounts. This molecule is potentially neurotoxic and abortive in high doses.

- Use punctually and in limited doses. No prolonged use without the advice of an aromatherapist.

May be irritating to the skin, always dilute well, use at 30% maximum for skin application. Reserve for localized or very diluted use. Do not use in baths.

- In diffusion, dilute in other milder essential oils (dosage at 15% max), and for limited periods.

- Avoid contact with the eyes, do not apply too close to the eyes.

- Keep out of reach of children.

- Certain natural compounds contained in this essential oil can present a risk of allergy in certain sensitive people when the essential oil is incorporated in a cosmetic composition: limonene and, to a lesser extent, linalool.

- As a general rule, always make an application test of your preparation, in the crease of the elbow, at least 48 hours before using it.
