Focus on linoleic acid: linoleic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid belonging to the omega-6 family. This fatty acid is not synthesized by the body. This is why it is said to be an "essential" fatty acid. Omega-6 deficiency can lead to severe dryness of the skin and allergies. At the cutaneous level, this fatty acid enters into the composition of ceramides. It participates in the reconstitution of epidermal lipids and promotes good cohesion of the skin cells between them. Linoleic acid makes it possible to limit water loss from the skin while having softening and nutritive qualities.
Other active constituents : 

  • Carotenoids including transretinoic acid or retinol : an extremely active form of vitamin A, frequently used in dermatology for its firming and healing qualities at the cellular level.
  • Vitamin E (around 1300 mg / kg) : natural antioxidant
  • Vitamin K: stimulates coagulation, action on rosacea and diffuse redness.
  • Squalenes: main components of the skin's surface, they have emollient and anti-oxidant properties.

Storage conditions
Vegetable oil very sensitive to oxidation. Can be kept 6 to 8 months after opening in a very cool place (preferably in the refrigerator), in its original packaging, closed, protected from air and light.
