Composition

Composition of fatty acids  - gas phase chromatography of l 19HV0141 :

  • Polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (PUFA or EFA) or vitamin F: linoleic acid (omega-6) (14.87%)
  • Monounsaturated fatty acids (MIFA):  oleic acid (omega-9) (61.15%)
  • Saturated fatty acids (AGS): palmitic acid (15.97%)

Olive oil contains 1 to 2% of antioxidant active ingredients, including:

  • Phenolic compounds (hydroxytyrosol): major antioxidants
  • Phytosterols: healing and repairing action. They also reduce inflammation.
  • Squalenes: main components of the skin surface, they have emollient and antioxidant properties.
  • Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), Chlorophyll: natural antioxidants
