Precautions

- Horsetail should not be used by children and pregnant women. The consumption of horsetail is strongly discouraged in the case of kidney and heart problems.
- Horsetail is contraindicated in case of hypertension.
- It is not recommended to combine it with other drugs or substances having a diuretic effect in order not to amplify these effects.
- Vitamin B supplementation is recommended in the event of long-term consumption internally (infusion for example) because horsetail degrades vitamin B1 in the body.
